With the advent of the IRS revised Form 990, there is increased emphasis placed on good governance practices. The new Form 990 asks questions about an expanded list of governance policies, including whether or not an organization has a written whistleblower policy. If you answer "no", there is the likelihood that you may increase your chances of an IRS audit. For this reason, the establishment of a whistleblower reporting system is now considered best practice.

For as little as $180 a year, your organization can:

  • Increase accountability
  • Empower employees
  • increase compliance
  • Detect and decrease instances of fraud
  • Limit risk and strengthen internal controls
  • Identify improper conduct before it escalates

Dewey & Kaye's service offers:

  • Phone
    • Whistleblower reporting hotline
  • Web
    • Internet-based reporting solution
