Job Purpose/Summary

The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for ensuring Autism Program’s authorizations are received and accurate when they are received.  This position also is responsible for entry of authorizations for all Autism Programs and entry and verification of billable activities for the Creative Arts and Wonder Kids program. The Accounts Receivable Associate performs various organizational tasks to ensure proper billing processes. This position interfaces with direct care staff within the programs, program supervisors, and parents/families. 

Minimum Qualifications

Education:
Associate degree. Psychology background and/or business with an emphasis in billing.

Experience:

  1. Two years of working in an office setting preferable with a child serving program.
  2. Experience working with databases and various Microsoft office applications to organize and track and correct program information.
  3. Billing experience.
  4. Experience interacting with consumers of service, and multiple supervisors.

Licenses, Certifications & Clearances:    
Act 33/34 and FBI clearances
