Administrative Assistant/Data Specialist, The Kingsley Association - Pittsburgh, PA

The Kingsley Association is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Data Specialist to provide support to our Family Support program and several senior administrative staff. Incumbent will perform various administrative support functions, including but not limited to, analytical and specialized administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations. Specific duties will include managing a data base system, which requires updating demographic and activity information, developing and performing data queries and generating statistical reports.  Other duties include preparing correspondence, receptionist relief duties, desk top publishing, scheduling meetings/events, maintaining files, and conducting special projects and assignments. 

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor Degree or Associates Degree, with three to five years experience
  • Experience with database management
  • Experience with the LIFT System (Linking Information Families & Technology) data base system a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required and demonstrated experience in supporting 2-3 managers a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent Microsoft Word skills and proficient use of Microsoft Power Point, Publisher and Excel
  • Typing speed of 50 wpm
  • Current Act 33, 34 and FBI clearances
