NEED is a college access program offering grants, scholarships, mentoring, counseling, and internships to help underserved, low-income, and/or first generational youth aspire to, learn about, prepare for and complete higher education, is recruiting a  Executive/Development Assistant to assist with company fundraising efforts. Duties will include database management, generating reports, processing donations, coordinating and managing events, assisting with fundraising campaigns, drafting correspondence, complex scheduling and meeting coordination, email, mail and phone correspondence, maintain electronic and paper file systems. The successful candidate will possess as Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative position, strong experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
