Lifesteps is a large Human Services organization headquartered approximately 20 miles north of Pittsburgh in Butler, Pennsylvania. We have served western Pennsylvania for more than 87 years by helping individuals and families with life's changing needs. The Agency provides "Generations of Care" through programs and services to help those with special needs live to their fullest potential. Last year alone, services were provided to more than 8,800 individuals.

Lifesteps is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team. This is a Monday thru Friday, full-time position responsible for evaluations and services in Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, and Mercer counties. Travel is necessary so a current, valid PA driver’s license required. 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision for full-time staff members.
Candidates must possess:                        

  • Master’s Degree
  • CCC’s – Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Experience working with children

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct evaluations
  • Coordinate and oversee Speech Assistants
  • IEP’s
  • Conduct therapy sessions
