Student Services Manager – Immediate FT position in Allegheny County.  $30,000 - $40,000 annual salary. Responsibilities include intake, case management, education coordination, job readiness training, placement and retention services, and outcomes tracking for enrollees in Springboard Kitchens, a food service based workforce development program geared to people with barriers to employment such as those transitioning out of homelessness, past incarceration and/or recovering from addiction.  Demonstrated knowledge of homeless, mental/emotional health, domestic violence, anger management and chemical dependency issues.  Prior experience in providing direct support services for homeless, unemployed, low/no income men and women a plus. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including the use of databases.  Requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and 4 years case management experience.
