The Director of Clinical Services primary responsibilities are to implement and drive both current and improved nursing/clinical deliveries of care across the organization to ensure the best possible Nursing Practice is delivered within an interdisciplinary team of professionals in order to optimize the health status, quality of life and independence for our Participants. Looking for the candidate that is interested in finding the "new delivery" of traditional health care services in a home and community based setting. Innovation, creativity and initiative describe the best candidate. This includes monitoring nursing policies, procedures and practices in accordance with regulations, developing departmental budgets and is a key partner with quality measurements and initiatives. Successful candidate must work well in a fast paced, variable work environment with multiple locations.
