Regional Coordinator - Homeless Children’s Initiative, Allegheny Intermediate Unit - Homestead, PA

The AIU is seeking a Regional Coordinator for its Homeless Children’s Initiative to administer the Homeless Children’s Program services in 133 school districts in order to ensure that all homeless children and youth in the counties of Allegheny, Beaver, Bedford, Fayette, Fulton, Greene, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland receive a free and appropriate public education on an equal basis with all other children in the state. Master’s degree in Social Services, Sociology, Public Administration, Education or related field, along with experience in working with homeless children or a related field is required. Extensive Travel is also required. Must have current Act 151/34/114 clearances upon hire.
