Outreach Supervisor, Gateway Rehabilitation Center - Moon Township, PA

Gateway Rehabilitation Center is a not-for-profit organization that is a nationally recognized pioneer and leader in the drug and alcohol treatment field.  We are currently seeking an experienced professional to provide direction, implementation and oversight of Gateway’s outreach and marketing services.

This position will:

  • Ensure the maintenance of our patient census/program revenue
  • Provide supervision to the team of Outreach Specialists
  • Research potential referral pools and establish plans to reach them. Manage referral source relationships.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on tracking systems that demonstrate outreach activity.
  • Coordinates outreach activities with other Gateway departments and programs, including marketing & PR, therapy, and evaluations.
  • Assume budgetary responsibility for Outreach programs.
  • Participate in outreach analysis and planning.

This position reports to the Executive Vice President of Corporate Planning & Business Development.
Requirements include a BA/BS in business, communications, or related field; 3 years sales management experience preferably in a human services field; computer literacy for Windows based systems; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record.
