Pittsburgh non-profit seeking part-time secretary for its charitable Foundation. Position may transition to full-time. Bachelor’s degree with prior work experience needed, equivalent work experience will be considered. Successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, assisting in the planning of special events, maintaining the content of the Foundation’s web-site, preparing correspondence, assisting in the development of publications and other written materials, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files. Excellent computer skills and oral and written communication skills needed. Also required - excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Database experience a plus. EOE.

  • Location: Pittsburgh
  • Compensation: $14.00 per hour
